FAQ

1. What is SEO?

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. This is the process of improving both the quantity and quality of natural or organic search results on major search engines. This is done through adding specific meta keywords to your website. By adding additional keywords, your website is more likely to show up in a Google or Yahoo! Search when someone is searching for your product.

2. How do I know if my website needs SEO?

When you type in words or phrases relating to your business into a search engine, how high up in the results does your business appear? Top of the first page, bottom of the first page, not on the first page at all? The further down the list you are, the more important it is for you to add additional SEO to your website.

3. What does a “mobile responsive” website mean?

A “mobile responsive” website is a website that appears with correct proportions and minimal scrolling on a mobile device, whether it is a phone, tablet, or other device. In today’s digital world where smartphone and tablet usage is so high, this is essential for businesses. Do you want your clients to be looking at a website where they need to keep scrolling side to side on their phones, or one where everything is perfectly aligned and easy to navigate?

4. I already have a website, but don’t like it. Can you edit my current website or do I need to buy a new one from you?

It depends on a few things. It depends on the platform that your current website was designed on, the functionality of your current website vs. what you want it to do, whether you have the ability to edit your website, and more. 5. How can social media be beneficial for my business?

Social media has become an integrated part of today’s digital world, where a large percentage of your customers are on many different social media platforms. Businesses can use social media to increase customer engagement, answer customer service questions, offer information to customers about new product/service offerings or deals, and much more. 6. How long, on average, does it take for a website to be designed and online?

Depending on the complexity of the site, the average design time is 2 to 4 weeks. Basic web packages take less time and can be completed fairly quickly, where more complex E-Commerce packages can take more time.
